We are able to complement Consultant or Midwife antenatal consultations at the Centre with access to state of the art ultrasound scanning services and perform all blood tests on site. We provide a wide range of fetal ultrasound scans ranging from early dating scans, nuchal translucency and anomaly scans to fetal wellbeing and growth scans for the later stages in pregnancy. Our phlebotomist will be happy to take blood and through our formal link with The Doctors Laboratory (TDL). The results of these blood tests will usually be available within 24-48 hours. Subsequently, should the need arise, we will be pleased to arrange for our women to be seen by our visiting Obstetric Physiotherapist. Women with specific medical conditions can be referred to an Obstetric Physician who will work closely with their Obstetrician.
Our Consultants have admitting rights to the leading private maternity units in London where women will be booked to have their babies.
In addition to responding to medical requirements during pregnancy, we recognise the need for answers to the many questions women have when undertaking childbirth. This is a very exciting and important moment in their lives. We also facilitate regular birth preparation and parentcraft classes.
