Eslem Kusaslan is our Nutritionist here at The Women’s Wellness Centre. She graduated in Nutrition and Dietetics, and has trained at various university hospitals which helped her to gain experience and knowledge in the nutrition field.
She focuses on healing your relationship with food using a mindful eating approach and promoting long-lasting healthy eating habits.

Weight Management (General Nutrition) Package
Our Nutritionist will work together to determine how your body responds to a particular breakdown of protein, fat and carbohydrates (without having you count ANYTHING). From there we will continue to tweak your plan until we find the BEST diet for your body, which means you will be free of bloating, cramping, digestive issues, fatigue in the afternoon or right after a meal, you will enjoy a better sleep and you will get closer and closer to your goal weight each week.

Fertility Nutrition Package
Trying to conceive, whether naturally or through assisted methods, can be a complicated and confusing time with all of the conflicting advice and information. particularly around nutrition and supplementation.
Whether you are just starting out on your fertility journey or facing the difficulties of unexplained fertility, unsuccessful IVF, recurrent miscarriages or inconclusive test results – nutritional therapy can be a powerful tool to give you and your partner the best chances of success.
Studies showed that previously infertile couples who made changes to their diet and took nutritional supplements had an 80% success rate of conception. Given the fact that the success rate for IVF is around 20%, nutrition is worth exploring if you are concerned about your fertility.

Pregnancy Nutrition Package
Optimal nutrition throughout pregnancy is crucial for growing a healthy baby, minimising complications, and also beyond birth. Studies have shown that a healthy diet during pregnancy can reduce the chances of your baby developing obesity, diabetes and heart disease later in life. Eating well and taking certain probiotics throughout your pregnancy can also dramatically reduce the chances of your baby developing asthma, eczema and hay fever after they are born (more on this later).
